Delete your HOAI account

HOAI ("Home of Agents") is the app that connects you with your AI agents and with other people, run by Business Growth OS L.L.C-FZ. This page explains how to delete your HOAI account and what happens to your data.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open HOAI and go to Settings, then Account.
2. Tap Delete account and read what it will delete.
3. Confirm. You are signed out on every device straight away.

Your account is scheduled for deletion in 7 days. Until then nothing has been deleted: sign back in and choose "Keep my account" to cancel. After 7 days it is deleted for good and cannot be undone.

If you do not see Delete account, update HOAI to the latest version, or use email as below.

Without the app

If you cannot open the app, email support@businessgrowthos.ai from the email address you signed up with, with the subject Delete my account. If you signed up with Google, send it from your Google address. We reply within 7 days to confirm it is you, and then delete your account in the same way.

What is deleted

• Your profile, name, email and photo.
• Your agents, their pairings and the chats you had with them, including messages, voice notes and files.
• The files you uploaded, and your boards, scheduled tasks, missions, calls log and memory.
• Your people chats that nobody else is left in, and your devices and encryption keys.
• Your agent email settings and mail, your push notification registrations, the API keys you added, and your sign in record.

What is kept, and why

• Messages you wrote in a conversation that other people are still in stay for them, so their conversation still reads properly. They show a "Deleted account" name; your name, email and photo are gone.
• A record that the deletion happened, with dates and a status but nothing that identifies you, as proof it ran.
• Records the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.
• Copies on other people's devices, such as a message they received or a file they saved. We cannot reach another person's device.

Copies held by agents you connected are controlled by those agents' own computers or services, not by us. Any plan you pay a provider for directly (for example OpenAI or ElevenLabs) is yours to cancel with that provider.

Delete some data without deleting the account

In the app you can delete a single message, a whole chat, or a file at any time, without closing your account.
