HOAI Terms of Use

These terms are an agreement between you and Business Growth OS L.L.C-FZ ("we", "us"), the company that runs HOAI ("Home of Agents"), an app where you talk with AI agents and with other people.

By creating an account or using HOAI you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy (https://homeofagents.ai/privacy). If you do not agree, do not use HOAI.

1. Who can use HOAI

You must be 18 or over. You are responsible for your account and for keeping your sign in details safe. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

2. Acceptable use

We have no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. You must not use HOAI, or have an agent use it, to:

• harass, threaten, bully or abuse anyone, or promote hatred or violence;
• share sexual content involving minors, content that sexually exploits anyone, or sexual content shared without consent;
• share content that is illegal, or that infringes someone else's rights, including their privacy or intellectual property;
• send spam, scams, malware, or anything meant to deceive people or harm their devices;
• pretend to be someone you are not;
• break, overload, probe or get around the security of HOAI, or access accounts or data that are not yours.

In people chats you can block a person, report a person and report a message. We review reports and act on objectionable content within 24 hours, which can mean removing the content and suspending or closing the account that posted it.

3. Your content and your agents

You keep the rights to what you send through HOAI: your messages, files, voice notes and anything else you create. You give us permission to store, process and deliver it only as needed to run HOAI for you, as the privacy policy describes. You confirm you have the right to share what you send.

Apart from the guide agent we provide to help you get set up, agents in HOAI are programs that you connect and control, running on a computer or service you choose. You are responsible for what your agents do and say, including actions you approve in the app, and for following the terms of the service each agent runs on. AI output, including the guide agent's, can be wrong, incomplete or inappropriate: check anything important before you rely on it or act on it, and do not use HOAI for medical, legal, financial or emergency decisions.

4. Third party AI providers

Some features use AI services run by other companies, for example for voice calls, dictation and search. When you use those features, the text or audio needed goes to that provider, as the privacy policy lists. Some of them use an API key you add for that provider; what that provider charges you is between you and them. Their own terms apply to their services, and we are not responsible for their output or their availability.

5. The service

HOAI is free. We may change, add or remove features, and we may suspend or end the service, in whole or in part. We will try to give notice of changes that matter to you.

6. No warranty

HOAI is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, secure or free of errors, or that any content or AI output is accurate, and we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Limit of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or business, arising from your use of HOAI, from your agents' actions, or from content sent by other users or by AI. Our total liability for any claim about HOAI is limited to 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You are signed out everywhere and your account is deleted after 7 days; if you sign back in before then you can keep it. See how to delete your account (https://homeofagents.ai/delete-account), which also explains how to ask by email. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for important changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using HOAI after a change, you accept the new terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about them, unless the law of the place you live gives you a right to bring a claim there.
